$150.00 per  hour  (initial assessment)
$125.00 per  hour  (telephone) 

Insurance:
Sorry, no longer accepting insurance. Payment due at time of service.

Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment:
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not cancel your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least  72  (3 Days) hours  in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
