PTTI is a private, post-secondary educational Institution, designed and developed by its founder and president, Dr. Minnie Claiborne. Dr. Claiborne and her staff offer over 30 years of professional experience and expertise.
PTTI offers four key areas of training and certification to individuals who wish to become Life Coaches, Lay Counselors, Motivational Speakers or Public Speakers.
PTTI has developed a strategy in alignment with these specific services that incorporate our unique curriculum, training and professional counseling techniques that provide a customized roadmap to enhance each individual’s personal and professional success.
PTTI services are designed to assess and meet candidates at their current level of experience and knowledge and formulate a holistic strategy to achieve results. Our services are delivered utilizing traditional classroom settings, professional forums, and retreats.
OUR SERVICES
PTTI services are offered throughout the year in four key areas of training and certification to individuals who wish to become Life Coaches, Lay Counselors, Motivational Speakers or Public Speakers using Dr. Claiborne’s patented innovative and highly successful 7 Secrets Model and CARRY technique. Classes, training and counseling take place at the PTTI training facility, a school located in Frazier Park, CA, surrounded by 20 acres of beautiful mountains and breath-taking lake and mountain views. PTTI is strategically located at the borders of Kern, Los Angeles and Ventura counties. We also hold training at external locations.
PTTI offers Life Coaching and Lay-Counselor training to individuals from diverse backgrounds. In addition to our professional clients we sell programs to many people who already volunteer their services; primarily in affiliation with their churches, but who desire to professionalize their services, establish and gain income independence or enhance their current financial business and jobs.
PTTI offers Prayer Therapy Training for professional counselors and Psychologists who desire to incorporate spirituality into their therapeutic process.
PTTI also offers classes in Motivational and Public Speaking to help train individuals who want to speak professionally or who simply wish to overcome their fear of public speaking.
PTTI uses an approach inspired, designed and created to incorporate principles of Christian, faith-based and spiritually conscious individuals.

Our staff will provide the finest life and career enhancement education, skills and tools to individuals and organizations teaching them methods to address all aspects of their clients life cycle, personal experience and individual satisfaction. The general population is experiencing more mental and emotional distress; and Depression is the number one mental disorder in America. Many people are opposed to the popular use of anti-depressants and psychotrophic drugs, which have horrendous side-effects. Studies show that therapy, including prayer therapy and talk therapy, are just as effective in treating Depression as anti-depressants; without the side effects.
Public Speaking has been identified as ‘the number one fear’. Research shows that people fear public speaking more than they fear spiders, snakes, flying, some even more than death! This fear causes people to lose promotions on their jobs, change careers, problems graduating from college. (Speech is a required course). Our founder has been a college Speech Professor for over twelve years, training over 300 students a year to overcome their fear of public speaking.
WE OFFER MORE
One of our distinctions is that PTTI targets individuals who are already experts in their given fields or endeavors, but who lack the techniques and ‘system of delivery’ in order to package their services and deliver them to the market. Other schools are either secular or Christian. PTTI takes a holistic approach and provides both faith-based and secular certifications in shorter, intensive sessions. We also offer certification in Life coaching as well as Lay Counseling and Public Speaking.
Most of our students are already ‘professionals’ or ‘experts’ and can quickly grasp and implement our techniques. They choose their own areas of specialization. This provides them the ability to utilize their skills and begin earning money immediately.
One PTTI graduate had his first client a couple of hours after he finished the training. Other students professionalized their services and were seeing clients only days after attending one of our 8 hour training intensives.

(For example, a nurse, who makes $25.00 per hour, can demand $150.00 an hour as a certified Health and Wellness Coach. An individual can quickly become an independent business owner, people who have expertise and a passion for helping people, but no formal degree, can do so as a lay counselor, coach or motivational speaker without going to school for two years, fours years or longer.
